Ask for a room near the office for quick access to help and amenities, especially if you're traveling with pets.

The room was spotless with climate control and multi-channel television.

Good location in a GOOD area.

Easy access to the interstate. Close to several amenities.

The price I was quoted on Booked.net was lower than the actual cost. I did not realize it until I was away from the property.

Nice hallway entry!

We stayed for 1 night in a king room, and I liked the hallway entrance instead of the outside access. The snack bar was handy for quick bites. The noise from other guests was kinda annoying. We got woken up a few times, which wasn't cool. The place is decent but could use a bit more soundproofing.

The extended channels were not working and the breakfast food tasted old and stale.

Some rooms had unfinished wall spots!!! A non-slip mat in the tub would be safer!!! The bathroom fan definitely needs fixing, and the microwave should work better!!!

We liked the location.

The breakfast area was not maintained with adequate food. The worker would walk in with coffee and then leave. She would return about 5 minutes later without any food. We waited 15 minutes for replacement food, but it was never replenished. We left and told the desk clerk of the problem and we were told they are doing the best they can. You need new workers if NOT doing their job is the best they can do.

The hotel was relaxing with lots of clean rooms. The staff - exceptionally nice and superbly friendly. All in all great setting near to stores as well as the shopping mall. For tea or coffee visit Whole Hog Cafe nearby.

Not Recommended for Comfort Seekers

The room was big, very clean and had a nice big bed. The staff was friendly and professional, which helped ease my frustrations upon arrival.

It wasn't cheap but acceptable, given the quality.

The rooms stunk -overwhelmed by the smell of carpet fresh (or some other "cover up") and couldn't help but wonder what nastiness they were covering up.

Clean units with coffee makers, microwaves. A wide array of warm breakfast options. Marvellous location close to everything I could need.

The rooms were clean and well-stocked, and I especially loved the cozy bed. We also enjoyed the nearby parks and had a blast fishing and canoeing at Lake Bennett. Definitely a fun outdoor adventure for our family!

My kids wished there were better options for breakfast.

I like the location in reference to I 40

they had exterior pool which was closed, had trouble with the tv.
